11-Year-Old Girl Electrocuted and Died at Debed Village Playground
A tragic incident occurred in the Lori region today, June 6. According to Shamshyan.com, at approximately 5:20 PM, the Operational Management Center of the Lori Regional Police received a notification about a deceased child near the Debed Village municipality.
Police and investigators established that around 5:00 PM, 11-year-old Lusine G., a resident of Debed village, made contact with a live wire protruding from the lighting system at the playground near the village municipality, resulting in her electrocution and death on the spot.
A criminal case has been initiated by the Lori Regional Investigative Department regarding the incident. The investigator has ordered a series of examinations, including a forensic medical examination of the body.
According to G. Shamshyan, the child was a 5th-grade student at the Debed Village secondary school.
