Pashinyan Wants to Leave a Complete Cadastre Document of Armenia for Future Generations

I want to leave a complete cadastre document of Armenia for future generations. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting with the Armenian community in Moldova.

“This doesn’t mean that it will satisfy everyone, but on the other hand, it will satisfy everyone. We have established the Republic of Armenia twice. And both times we perceive Armenia somewhat as a tool for a more global aim. But in our history, the Republic of Armenia has either not existed as a goal or existed very little,” he noted.

Pashinyan also mentioned that we need to change our perception of security to some extent. “We often talk about security guarantees, saying who will guarantee it. We need to think not about who will guarantee, but what will guarantee our security, because if it is about ‘who’, the will of ‘who’ is not within our control, while ‘what’—peace—can ensure our security. We need to establish and build a peace that is within our control. This is a complex issue, and there is no guarantee that we will be able to solve it properly, but there is a real opportunity. I do not consider it impossible; I need the support of each of you to address this issue,” he stated. Pashinyan added that he wants everyone to think about this.
