Video: "Be Silent and Listen," "I Will Not Remain Silent" - Kocharian and Manukyan Debated

During a recent meeting of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Defense and Security, a heated debate occurred between Andranik Kocharian of the ruling party and Gegham Manukyan from the opposition faction. Manukyan urged Kocharian to speak regarding the proposed legislation rather than focus on his speech.

“Do not continue,” Kocharian stated, to which Manukyan replied, “No, I will continue,” urging him not to breach the rules.
