“That is Mr. Shoigu's opinion” - Secretary of the RPA Faction on Russian Defense Minister's Statements

The Secretary of the RPA faction, Arthur Hovanissyan, has commented on the statements made by Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu regarding the presence of military personnel and special services representatives from the EU mission in Armenia.

“The European observation mission is a civilian mission. If the Russian Ministry of Defense believes that a civilian mission can push Russia out of the region... That is Mr. Shoigu's opinion, I will not comment further,” he stated.
