VIDEO: Artsakh is not Pashinyan's property to hand over after years of bloodshed, Arthur Khachatryan

During the announcements hour in the National Assembly, Arthur Khachatryan, a member of the 'Hayastan' faction, stated in his speech that the government is washing its hands of the fate of our compatriots in Artsakh.

"The current authorities of Armenia, the political majority in the parliament, are handing Artsakh over to Azerbaijan. Some of you do not want to believe all this, as it is truly difficult to accept that any Armenian could hand over Armenian Artsakh to Azerbaijani wolves," he said.

He referred to Pashinyan's statement made yesterday, noting that Pashinyan explicitly stated what he had avoided saying for 2-2.5 years. He announced that he recognizes Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan and is handing it over to Azerbaijan. Who gave him that right? What led Pashinyan to assume that he is above the laws of the country?" Khachatryan emphasized.

The opposition deputy stressed that Artsakh is not Pashinyan's property, and he cannot decide the fate of Artsakh and its people. For more details, see the video.
