VIDEO: We Will Not Agree to Azerbaijan's and Armenian Government's Proposals, Vardanian

The representatives of the initiative group of the 'Movement for the Security and Development of Artsakh' are holding a press conference in Stepanakert. Former Prime Minister Ruben Vardanian stated that everything will be done to ensure that Artsakh remains safe, happy, Armenian, and free.

'We all need to understand one thing, including the Armenian government, that the people will express their opinion. This is one of the very important issues; the future of Artsakh cannot be determined by a group that is currently leading the country... It is crucial for people to feel that in Artsakh we will not be subjected to, nor will we agree with the actions taken by Azerbaijan, we will not consent to any proposals made by the Armenian government, as this is unacceptable for the people of Artsakh.'
