Scandal in Poland: An Ice Cream Stand Installed Near the Auschwitz Museum Entrance
A real scandal has erupted in Poland due to the installation of an ice cream stand near the Auschwitz concentration camp. Reports indicate that the stand was set up close to the "Gates of Death." According to Gazeta Wyborcza, the owner of the stand decorated it with images of ice cream, and even placed several rest areas nearby.
However, not everyone appreciates this kind of "marketing trick." "This is not only an example of aesthetic bad taste but also a disrespectful attitude towards the special historical site nearby," stated Bartosz Bartizel, a representative of the Auschwitz Museum.
It turns out that the stand is homemade, and local authorities have already started investigating who was responsible for its installation or construction.
