Police Investigate Incident of Youth Beating a Dog

Last night, I was an eyewitness and participant in an act of cruelty towards an animal in the Tsitsernakaberd park. This was reported by Facebook user Hasmik Karapetyan, who also shared a video and addressed the Police of the Republic of Armenia in her post.

The press service of the police informed Auroranews: “The documents prepared based on the mentioned publications have been sent to the investigative body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Malatya Division.”
