“Heydar Aliyev's greatest dream was to see Shushi free, and we fulfilled his dream. We take pride in this. We are happy, and all Azerbaijanis—not just citizens of Azerbaijan, but all Azerbaijanis around the world—are proud of our victory,” stated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during the fourth international conference titled “Formation of Geopolitics of Greater Eurasia: Past, Present, and Future,” which took place in the occupied Armenian city of Shushi, dedicated to the centenary of the national leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, according to Azertaj.
