Snowfall in Aparan, Vanadzor, Spitak, and Gyumri

There is a closed road in the Republic of Armenia. The road leading from the Amberd Fortress intersection to Lake Kari in the Aragatsotn region is closed.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs News.am that due to the risk of bridge collapse over the Yeghigis River at kilometer 7 of the Getap-Matuni road, this section is limited to one-way traffic.

Snow is falling in the regions of Aparan and Aragats, as well as in the cities of Vanadzor, Spitak, Artik, Gyumri, Maralik, and the village of Akhuryan.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Management Department and the North Ossetian crisis management center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open to all types of vehicles.
