Lawsuit Filed Against the President

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that Khachatur Abgarian has filed an administrative lawsuit against the President of Armenia, requesting the court to compel Vahagn Khachaturyan to revoke Abgarian's Armenian citizenship.

In other words, the citizen wishes to renounce his Armenian citizenship, but the President has not terminated it, leading Abgarian to seek a judicial remedy.

Interestingly, lawsuits are either filed against Vahagn Khachaturyan to grant Armenian citizenship or to terminate it. It seems that the President still does not fully understand whom to grant citizenship to and whom to deprive of it.
