Gagik Tsarukyan and Sedrak Arustamyan’s Case Accepted for Proceedings
The Anti-Corruption Court Judge Aram Grigoryan has accepted the case against Gagik Tsarukyan and Sedrak Arustamyan for proceedings. This information is reported by the Judicial Authority.
It is noted that preliminary court hearings have been scheduled for next week on May 8 at 11:00 AM.
Recall that the charges have been presented under the first part of Article 219 of the RA Criminal Code, which pertains to bribery in elections. Earlier, the Office of the Prosecutor General announced that the indictment, approved by the supervising prosecutor on April 21, 2023, has been submitted to the Anti-Corruption Court along with the case materials.
