Artsakh Ombudsman Responds to Azerbaijani Video

The Ombudsman of Artsakh, Gegham Stepanyan, addressed the video circulated by the Azerbaijani propaganda machine in a Twitter post, promising to provide details after interviews with Artsakh residents.

"How can I comment on the video disseminated by the Azerbaijani propaganda machine? The use of people's suffering for cheap publicity is nothing more than that. I will present the details after the interviews conducted with the Artsakh residents in the video," he wrote.

It is noteworthy that the Azerbaijani side had published a video from a checkpoint established over the Hakari River, showing how they check the documents of Artsakh residents.
