The Hakari River Bridge was used for humanitarian purposes: Hunan Tadevosyan

“Azerbaijan has closed the Hakari River bridge on the new highway connecting the Kornidzor village to Artsakh, which was being operated for humanitarian purposes by Russian peacekeepers and the ICRC due to the blockade,” wrote Hunan Tadevosyan, head of the Public Relations Department of the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs and published a photo on Facebook.

“This road was connected to the villages of Hin Shen, Mets Shen, Yeghdzahog, and Lisagor. Since December 12, 2022, this road has been closed towards Stepanakert at the Shushi intersection.”
