VIDEO: We Will Restore the Speeches, Agreement Reached in the National Assembly

Due to the incident yesterday, the speeches prepared by the "Armenia" parliamentary faction were interrupted, and it is suggested to restore them so that the deputies have the opportunity to speak. This was stated by Seyran Ohanyan, the leader of the "Armenia" faction, during a procedural remark at the extraordinary session of the National Assembly.

The proposal was acceptable to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, and it was decided to allow the deputies to make speeches. Simonyan asked everyone to refrain from insults and possible provocations.

It is noteworthy that independent MP Taguhi Tovmasyan had decided to stage an action and not step down from the podium. She announced this during a discussion following the presentation of the government’s performance for 2022 in the National Assembly.
