Inmate Stabs Prison Shift Supervisor and Two Officers

According to the source, at around 02:00, an inmate held in cell No. 46, 34-year-old Khachaturo Petrosyan, requested urgent admission from the shift supervisor, Varantsov G. His request was granted, and the door to the cell was opened for the purpose of admission. After that, Kh. Petrosyan attacked Varantsov G. and two specialists from the first group of the shift, Tigran P. and Artak M., with a sharp metal object he had in his possession, causing bodily harm.

A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident. The prison staff have been issued a referral for a forensic medical examination.
