International Court Suspends Examination of Armenia's Main Claim Against Azerbaijan

The International Court has suspended the examination of Armenia's main claim against Azerbaijan. On April 21, 2023, the Azerbaijani side officially submitted preliminary objections to the International Court of Justice regarding Armenia's main claim against Azerbaijan under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.

Earlier, we reported that the International Court had also suspended the examination of the claim presented by Azerbaijan against Armenia on similar grounds.
