Aram Nikolyan on the Ban from State Institutions

Following the burning of the Azerbaijani flag and the subsequent creation of problems for Armenia on international platforms, Aram Nikolyan's access to state institutions has been banned from the very next day.

To verify this information, Auroranews contacted Aram Nikolyan. In a conversation with us, he neither confirmed nor denied the information, stating, “I apologize, I am not giving interviews at this moment; I will inform you through a press release in the coming days, and I do not wish to speak right now,” said Nikolyan.

As is known, during the opening ceremony of the European Weightlifting Championship at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex in Yerevan on April 14, designer Aram Nikolyan burned the Azerbaijani flag, thereby creating grounds for Azerbaijan to exploit and putting the upcoming championships in Armenia into question on international platforms.
