Tavush Resident Committed Sexual Acts Against His 13-Year-Old and 20-Year-Old Sisters

On April 19, operational information was received at the Tavush Police Department's juvenile affairs division indicating that a 19-year-old resident of a village in Tavush, identified as K. H., had committed immoral acts against his 13-year-old sister who is clearly under the age of 16 at the beginning of March this year, reports shamshyan.com.

It was also revealed that he had committed sexual acts against his 20-year-old sister without her consent.

The police apprehended the suspect, who was transported to the Tavush Police Department and subsequently presented to the Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia in Berd.

According to the source, a criminal case has been initiated at the Berd investigative division based on the provisions of Article 198, Part 2, Clause 3 and Article 198, Part 3, Clause 2 of the Criminal Code of Armenia, within which K. H. has been arrested.
