Azerbaijanis Visited the House Where Anna Hakobyan Went a Month Ago: "Hraparak"

"Hraparak" reports: "Yesterday morning we learned that Azerbaijanis had entered the Bnunis community of Sisian and knocked on the door of the Gasparyan family. The Sisian police confirmed the news, but throughout the day the law enforcement remained silent, and it became unclear how they bypassed our border guards, were there border guards present? There were three Azerbaijanis dressed in military uniforms. The door was opened by Mrs. Shogik, who felt suspicious and alerted the police. She told us, '...who wouldn't be afraid? Yes, I was scared ... they didn’t say anything, but everything was clear.'

Later, in another locality, Ashotavan, law enforcement apprehended one of the Azerbaijanis, taking him to the Sisian police department, while the other two fled. The Azerbaijani also visited several houses in Ashotavan, conversing with residents. He said he had been in Armenia for three days and had been hiding in the forests.

When we asked the Sisian police department if it was true that two had fled, they replied, 'Who said there were three? Maybe there were six; we can't provide more details.' The Azerbaijani stated at the police station that he had confused the area. He has been transferred to the National Security Service.

It is noteworthy that the Azerbaijanis knocked on the door of the house of Gohar Gasparyan, who died during the 44-day war, where just a month ago, the Prime Minister's wife, Anna Hakobyan, had visited with their daughter. The community does not consider this occurrence purely coincidental and is discussing various theories."
