64% of Coupons Distributed in Stepanakert During Previous Phase

The Information Headquarters of Artsakh reports, referring to the Committee for State Inspections Management of the Republic of Artsakh: "Dear citizens, we inform you that from April 3 at 15:00 until April 5 at 18:00, 64% of coupons distributed in the previous phase in Stepanakert have already been provided by the service points. Tomorrow, April 6, all service points will also operate, and starting from April 7, the service points will close. However, from April 7 to April 14, a standby service point will operate at the administrative building of the Committee for State Inspections Management (address: Azatamartikneri 39) on non-working days until 13:00, and on working days from 09:00 to 18:00. We kindly ask citizens who have not yet received their coupons to visit the currently operating service points tomorrow.

Below is the work schedule for the service points in Stepanakert on April 6, taking into account the scheduled power outages:

• Committee for Cadastre and Management of State Property (T. Medz 10/26), 10th School: operating from 10:00-13:00, 14:00-17:00,
• Artsakh State University, 5th School: operating from 09:00-10:00, 11:00-13:00, 15:00-18:00,
• Committee for Material Damage Issues, 6th, 7th, 9th, 12th Schools: operating from 09:00-12:00, 14:00-16:00, 17:00-18:00,
• Committee for Housing Issues of the Republic of Artsakh: operating from 09:00-11:00, 12:00-15:00, 16:00-18:00.
