Body of a Man Found in Yerevan Apartment: Reportedly Related to Host Hrach Muradyan
A tragic incident occurred in Yerevan today, according to shamshyan.com. At approximately 6:00 PM, the police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received a call reporting a body in one of the apartments at 38 Chekhov Street.
Law enforcement officials and investigators discovered the body of a man on the living room floor of the apartment located on the first floor of the specified building. While a forensic doctor examined the corpse on-site, officers from the criminal investigation division of the Shengavit police department, led by chief Gevorg Bareyan, identified the deceased as 48-year-old M. Muradyan, a resident of the building.
Neighbors gathered at the scene, who declined to speak on camera, mentioned that the deceased was the son of the uncle of Hrach Muradyan, the host and creator of the well-known TV show “Kisabat Lusamutner.” The apartment was found in a completely unsanitary condition, requiring police and investigators to enter wearing special masks.
Based on the investigator's decision, a criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of murder. According to the preliminary conclusion of the forensic doctor, no signs of violence were found on the body upon external examination. A forensic autopsy has also been ordered by the investigator.
