Tomorrow will be normal: soldiers will die accidentally, Edik Baghdasaryan

The National Security Service of Armenia announced today that a meeting has taken place with representatives from Azerbaijan in the Tegh-Kornidzor section, and border demarcation works have been carried out, resulting in a significant improvement of the situation in that area. This was stated by Edik Baghdasaryan, the editor-in-chief of Hetq, on Facebook: "However, the NSS does not explain what 'the situation has significantly improved' means. Have the Azerbaijanis withdrawn, are they no longer carrying out engineering works in our territory, or have they promised not to advance further?

Another part of the Defense Ministry's announcement today mentioned that under extremely low visibility conditions in the southeastern border region of Armenia, there was an accidental exchange of fire among the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia. This is new terminology; for the first time, the word 'accidentally' appears in the Ministry of Defense's report. And tomorrow such reports will become routine—soldiers will die accidentally."
