No Final Agreement Yet: Head of Kornidzor Community Discusses Ongoing Situations
In the Tegh-Kornidzor section, the work for clarification between the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides continues, and currently, there is still no final agreement between the parties, Kornidzor community leader Arshak Karapetyan told Factor.am.
"Although the situation is calm at the moment, there are still adjustments to be made in terms of positions. There is no final agreement at this time," the community leader stated, emphasizing that the clarifications are related to the advances made by the Azerbaijani side.
It is noteworthy that today the National Security Service reported that representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan met in the Tegh-Kornidzor section, and boundary clarification work was carried out, resulting in a significant improvement in the situation in that area.
Earlier, the NSS had reported that following the activation of the new Kornidzor-Tegh road between Armenia and Artsakh, Azerbaijani forces were positioned 100 to 300 meters ahead of the border at least 5 locations in that area.
