18+ Video: Terrifying Footage of Driver Hitting Two Women in Tomsk

Footage has emerged from the Tomsk region showing a drunken driver in a Toyota Corolla hitting two women on the sidewalk. Following the incident, the vehicle veered off the road and overturned.

One of the victims, a 70-year-old retiree, died at the scene. The second victim is currently in intensive care.

Reports indicate that the man has now been arrested.
