Azerbaijanis Kidnapped a Khndzrisesk Resident: Arthur Grigoryan

“About an hour ago, while ascending from Verishen of Goris to the positions, Azerbaijanis kidnapped Khndzrisesk resident M. Gyulnabyaryan, who was bringing food to our Armenian soldiers at the positions. What information does the Ministry of Defense have regarding the health status of this individual? What measures are being taken to ensure his safe return to Armenia? And how did the enemy end up in the sovereign territory of Armenia?” This was stated by Arthur Grigoryan, the president of the National Oversight System NGO, on his Facebook page.

Auroranews reached out to the Khndzrisesk community head, Yervand Malunts, who said in a conversation with us: “I am aware, but I do not know the details; we are currently moving to the scene. I have not been in the area, I know that the incident occurred, but I do not know how. You are asking questions to which I do not have answers at this moment,” he noted.

When asked when he could provide specific details, he said he would be on site in about an hour.
