The situation in France remains tense as protesters opposing pension reforms block traffic routes, set tires on fire, and close shopping centers. New videos showing the unrest in France have surfaced online.
Additionally, it is noted that on March 23, the French will organize a new protest. To recall, on January 10, French Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne presented a controversial pension reform bill that the government plans to adopt in 2023.
According to her, authorities will begin to gradually raise the retirement age by three months per year starting from September 1, 2023. As a result, by 2030, the retirement age will reach 64 years.
