Video: Man Opens Fire from Balcony with Automatic Weapon

A man opened fire with an automatic weapon from the balcony of a high-rise residential building in the village of Goluboye, near Moscow. This was reported to TASS by law enforcement authorities on Friday.

"The incident occurred in the village of Goluboye. A man opened fire from the balcony of a multi-storey residential building with an automatic weapon. The circumstances and reasons for the incident are being clarified," the source stated.

Meanwhile, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Moscow region informed TASS that police received reports of sounds resembling explosions. "Police officers are on site, and the circumstances of the incident are being determined. No information about casualties has been received," the press service added.
