Video: Death Toll from Fire at FSB Border Guard Building in Russia Rises to Four
In Rostov-on-Don, the death toll from the fire that broke out at the Russian Federal Security Service's border guard headquarters has risen to four. This is reported by Russian media.
The fire started yesterday, and the governor of the Rostov region stated that the cause of the blaze was a short circuit in the electrical wiring. A container with fuel and lubricants exploded due to sparks.
