Baku Plans to Start Resettlement in Berdzor by Year-End

Azerbaijan's Prime Minister Ali Asadov has announced in the Milli Mejlis that the government plans to initiate the resettlement process in Berdzor (Lachin) by the end of this year.

"Approximately 296 families will be resettled in the villages of Zabukh and Sus," Asadov stated, adding that 20 families have already settled in the village of Talish during these days.

The city of Berdzor, as well as Agavnoun and Sus, were transferred to Azerbaijan following the signing of the November 9, 2020 statement after the 44-day war last year.
