VIDEO: Kyiv Sky Covered in Smoke as Powerful Explosions Reported

According to Ukrainian media, an air alert has been declared across Ukraine since the early morning. Reports indicate several powerful explosions in Kyiv, resulting in thick smoke.

Parts of Kharkiv are without power, and the metro service has been suspended. Officials in the Odesa region report explosions at energy infrastructure facilities.

Explosions have been heard in Lviv, Ternopil, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernihiv, and Vinnytsia regions, as well as in Dnipro, Lutsk, and Rivne.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko has also reported an explosion in the Golosiyivsky district of Kyiv.
