“If they demolish our tent, we will set it up in the Republic Square”: Former resident of the Ministry of Defense building

“As long as a final solution to the issue has not been provided, we demand that we be allowed to return to our apartments, even if temporarily,” stated the former residents of the Ministry of Defense building during a protest near the Government. The participants highlighted that, due to the government's relevant decision, around 200 citizens are currently homeless, some children are unable to attend school, and while some families have found shelter, others continue to sleep under tents.

“The police have issued an ultimatum, saying that they have provided us with a key and we should settle in however we want, but we must not dare to return to our apartment area. I warned them that if they demolish our tent, it will be set up in the Republic Square,” said one of the citizens.
