Azerbaijan's Aliyev: Armenia Missed the Chance to Become an Independent Country and Became a Colony of Other Nations

The X Global Baku Forum is underway in Baku, featuring representatives from 61 countries, including presidents, prime ministers, speakers, and ministers. This was reported by Azerbaijani media.

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev also delivered a speech, stating that Armenia missed the chance to become an independent country and has turned into a colony of other nations. He expressed confidence that the lives of Armenians living in the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan will be better compared to the period of 'occupation.'
