VIDEO. Casualties Reported in Syria Due to Drone Strikes

Today, unmanned aerial vehicles launched strikes on ground targets in the Deir ez-Zor province of Syria. According to Al Hadath television network, the location of Iran-aligned Shiite militia camps in Al-Hamidiyah came under attack.

As a result of the direct strike, an arms depot and a truck loaded with ammunition were destroyed, resulting in the death of eight fighters.

The television network reported that the total number of Shiite volunteers concentrated in the region bordering Iraq reaches 15,000. Their units are fighting alongside the Syrian army against the bandit groups of the Islamic State terrorist organization.
