Azerbaijani affairs expert and former MP Tatevik Hayrapetyan writes on her Facebook page: "Today, the authoritarian leader of Baku, Aliyev, while addressing the 'Summit of the Contact Group of the Non-Aligned Movement in the Fight Against COVID-19,' called on 'France to apologize and take responsibility for its colonial past and genocidal acts committed against the countries that are members of the Non-Aligned Movement in Africa, Southeast Asia, and elsewhere...'
