After that, Suren Papikyan receives a 'gift' of 100 million drams in the form of a discount on an apartment from the owner of the Jermuk Group. Yes, we are talking about the son of the Jermuk Group director, who was accused of document forgery to avoid military service, but instead of being prosecuted, he became the mayor thanks to the Civil Contract party.”
