Change in the Procedure for Conducting Vehicle Inspections

The Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety Inspection Authority informs that a change and addition has been made to the Government's decision No. 1565-N dated September 24, 2021. According to the amendment, it is now mandatory for the entity conducting the technical inspection to verify the periodic certification of gas cylinders installed on vehicles modified to operate on compressed natural or liquefied petroleum gas through an electronic system during the inspection of the vehicle.

This decision came into effect on February 25, 2023. The inspection authority urges that the vehicle technical inspection process be carried out exclusively in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
