Azerbaijan Appoints Official to Negotiate with Armenians of Artsakh
The Azerbaijani authorities have taken another provocative step. According to Azerbaijani media reports, Milli Majlis member Ramin Mamedov has been appointed to negotiate with the Armenians of Artsakh.
According to reports, Mamedov has been designated as the person responsible for relations with the Armenian residents living in the region of Nagorno-Karabakh. It has been noted that he is a member of the ruling "New Azerbaijan" party's board.
Upon reviewing his biography, it becomes evident that not everything is as it seems. It is mentioned that the deputy was born in the "Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan." He is said to have studied at Secondary School No. 2 in Shushi from 1985 to 1992, but after the city was taken by Armenians, he continued his education in Baku.
Notably, Azerbaijani media and authorities, continuing their efforts to mislead their internal audience, claim that Artsakh is one of the regions of Azerbaijan. It's important to note that Artsakh is considered part of Azerbaijan only from the perspective of the Azerbaijani side. In fact, this appointment is purely fictional.
