Wildberries and Ber-Ber Fined

The Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition continues to investigate the behavior of entities providing delivery services from abroad to Armenia. As a result of the inquiry, proceedings have been initiated concerning the group of persons of "Haypost" CJSC and "Haypost USAY Corp." (Ber-Ber service), as well as "Wildberries" LLC and "H2H" LLC, for misleading the public through publications relating to delivery deadlines, which constitutes unfair competition.

As a result, Ber-Ber service has been fined once again. "H2H" LLC has acknowledged the legal violation attributed to it and has requested an expedited procedure.

Proceedings against "Wildberries" and "H2H" LLC are still ongoing. Additionally, a fine of 13,497,160 AMD has been imposed on "Wildberries" for failing to provide the information requested by the Commission.

It is noteworthy that in November 2022, the Commission imposed fines totaling approximately 83 million AMD on "Global Shipping" LLC (Globbing), "ONEX" LLC, and the group of persons of "Haypost" CJSC and "Haypost USAY Corp." (Ber-Ber service).
