Rolls-Royce of Gagik Tsarukyan's Son-in-Law Moved to Impound Lot
Yesterday, the patrol officers of the Patrol Service of the Republic of Armenia's Ministry of Internal Affairs transferred a Rolls-Royce, license plate 70 OO 777, to a special impound lot.
According to Shamshyan.com, the driver was former Kotayk Governor Karapet Guloyan, and the vehicle was under enforcement action due to a debt of 4000 AMD.
