ArCa Application/Website Also Unavailable for Card-to-Card Transfer Service: Reason Disclosed

Armenian Card has announced that there was an unknown vulnerability in the Safari browser, which allowed fraudsters to collect various passwords and personal data entered into the Safari browser. This issue has also affected users of the ArCa application/website who have not used two-factor authentication (2FA) when logging in.

As a result, the card-to-card transfer service is currently unavailable on the ArCa application/website. On February 13, 2023, Apple released updates for iOS 16.3.1, iPadOS 16.3.1, and macOS Ventura 13.2.1, which addressed this issue and mentioned a similar problem in the update descriptions.

To avoid similar issues, the company advises users to activate two-factor authentication (2FA) for their accounts. Activation is only available through the web version of our site (not the app) in the Personal Settings section of your account registration.
