22 Individuals Taken to Police from Former Ministry of Defense Building

22 individuals have been taken to the police from near the former Ministry of Defense building located on the Ashtarak highway. This was reported to Auroranews by the Head of Public Relations and Information Department of the RA Police, Zarzand Gabrielian.

The individuals were taken for failing to comply with the lawful demands of the police, as stipulated in Article 182 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

Earlier, we reported that since morning there has been a tense situation near the former Ministry of Defense building on the Ashtarak highway. Officers from various subdivisions of the RA Police, based on a letter received from the State Revenue Committee and in accordance with Government Decision 797-N, have undertaken actions to remove individuals unlawfully present in the former administrative complex located in the Proshyan community of the Kotayk region.
