Hackers Interrupt Iranian President's Speech with Anti-Government Message
Hackers have interrupted Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi's televised speech marking the 44th anniversary of the Iranian Revolution. CNN reports, with details sourced from gazeta.ru.
According to the television channel, Raisi's address was interrupted for about a minute. During this time, the logo of an anti-government hacking group, 'Edalat Ali,' appeared on the screens, accompanied by the slogan 'Death to the Islamic Republic.'
Following the incident, protesters gathered in Tehran's Azadi Square in support of the Iranian government. Raisi, for his part, called on young people demanding his 'overthrow' to repent.
