"Do Not Use Insults": Hakob Arshakyan Warns Artur Minasyan

Tempers flared during a session of the National Assembly of Armenia when Artur Minasyan took the floor and stated, "Although the temptation is great today in the National Assembly meeting, to respond to the political ignorance, hypocrisy, and barbarism exhibited in the second part, I will not deviate, as there is an extremely important factor."

Hakob Arshakyan responded by warning Minasyan to refrain from using insulting terms.
