Ararat Mirzoyan on Armenia-Russia Relations
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan, emphasized that the Republic of Armenia has a broad bilateral and multilateral agenda with the Russian Federation, despite some disagreements on certain issues.
According to Armenpress, Mirzoyan made this statement during a joint press conference with Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman, responding to a question about whether there is a crisis in Armenia-Russia relations.
“There are allied relations between our countries. There is a very broad bilateral and multilateral agenda. There are numerous agreements, and there are certain disagreements, including public ones, related to the political assessments or lack thereof from the CSTO. To label these as a crisis may be somewhat exaggerated. We are constantly in touch with our Russian partners, discussing all issues on this very diverse agenda, including all matters where agreement exists and all issues where agreement does not exist,” noted Mirzoyan.
