Turkey's Parliament Member Among Earthquake Victims

The Azerbaijani APA agency, citing Turkish media sources, reports that a member of Turkey's ruling party, the Justice and Development Party (AKP), Yakup Taşan, has been killed in the earthquake. His body was recovered from the rubble today.

It should be noted that the death toll from the strong earthquake in Turkey has reached 3,549, according to the country's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Additionally, 22,168 people have been injured.
