A New Way to Prepare New Year's Tolma in Artsakh

The blockade of Artsakh has now lasted for 25 days, leading to a severe shortage of food and essential supplies. Almost all stores have run out of goods, and vegetable shops have long been closed. In response to this dire situation, the residents of Artsakh have found a way to prepare New Year's tolma by using meat stuffed with onions. As they note, even onions have become a luxury.
