Child Transferred to Surb Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center in Deceased State: Clarification
A 2-year-old child was transferred to Surb Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center diagnosed with cardiac arrest. This was confirmed by the hospital's spokesperson Aida Karapetyan in an interview with Auroranews, who denied the information that a child had died at the medical center.
“After 19:00 yesterday, an ambulance transferred the 2-year-old child to us with a diagnosis of cardiac arrest. Despite the recorded diagnosis, doctors performed resuscitation efforts for more than an hour, but there was no positive outcome, as the child was already in a deceased state,” Karapetyan stated.
It is worth noting that a criminal investigation has been initiated regarding the incident. A forensic medical examination has been ordered. Earlier, it was reported that on January 10, the Nor Nork police department received a call from Surb Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center around 19:10, indicating that a child had suddenly died there. Hospital doctors informed the police and investigators that the child had been admitted with a diagnosis of cardiac arrest.
