About 300 Terrorists Involved in the 44-Day War Identified: Argishti Kyaramyan

The Investigative Committee has obtained factual data regarding the participation of over 4,000 members of 12 terrorist groups in the 44-day war, of which about 300 have been identified. This was announced by the head of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, Argishti Kyaramyan, during a public broadcast, noting that criminal prosecution is being carried out against most of them.

“For those individuals whose actions are substantiated, an international search warrant is being issued based on the principle that they may stand trial in Armenia or another country if possible,” said the head of the Investigative Committee.

Argishti Kyaramyan also informed that there are criminal cases initiated regarding the apparent crimes committed by the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan. According to the head of the Investigative Committee, these relate not only to the 44-day war but also to incursions in May and November 2021 and the September 2022 incidents, as well as events that occurred in the Khtsaberd-Hin Tagher direction.

“Numerous crimes have been substantiated regarding the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan, which include crimes against humanity, conducting aggressive warfare, the use of prohibited weapons, torturing captives, killing abducted individuals, and demonstrating disrespect towards corpses,” noted the head of the Investigative Committee.
