Brawl Involving Shirak Officials in Gyumri

On December 28, around 22:00, a dispute escalated into a brawl in the yard of the "Parvana" restaurant complex in Gyumri.

According to Aravot.am, a resident of the Ani neighborhood in Gyumri, identified as H.G., got into an argument with H.N., the administrative head of the Hatzik community, during which he pushed the latter.

The administrative head, under the influence of alcohol, stepped back and leaned against a fence. G.M., the acting lawyer of the Akhuryan consolidated community, intervened in the dispute. He grabbed the clothes of the man who had pushed the administrative head and punched him on the left side of the head, causing him bodily injury.

However, the incident did not end there. L.G., the director of the "Akhuryan Complex Sports School," approached the brawlers with others and, after a brief struggle, they shoved the Hatzik administrative head, H.G., to the ground, resulting in him sustaining injuries to the right forearm.

A criminal case has been initiated by the Akhuryan Investigative Division under the Article 195, Part 2, Point 5 of the RA Criminal Code.
